Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from CPAP Assist, including purchases made via our website or in-store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Sales

When you place an order with CPAP Assist, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices displayed at the time of ordering. An order is considered accepted once we issue an order confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact and delivery details provided are accurate.

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed or dispatched. Orders paid via bank transfer or cheque will be processed once cleared funds are received. CPAP Assist reserves the right to delay processing until payment is confirmed.

An official tax invoice will be issued when your order is prepared for dispatch or collection. Ownership of goods remains with CPAP Assist until full payment has been received.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Promotional or online-only pricing may not be available in-store. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not include accessories unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability or pricing discrepancies, we will contact you promptly and arrange a refund where applicable.

2. Delivery and Collection

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, size, weight, and delivery method. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier availability or external factors.

CPAP Assist is not liable for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control. Express or same-day delivery fees will be refunded if the selected service cannot be fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery locations are accessible. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, incorrect delivery details, or failed delivery attempts.

For in-store collection, orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, CPAP Assist reserves the right to reallocate the stock and reorder the items as required.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Faulty items must be reported and returned within 14 days of the invoice date for assessment.

Where a warranty claim is valid, CPAP Assist will arrange repair or replacement at its discretion. Replacement items may be charged upfront and credited once the faulty item is returned and verified.

We are happy to assist with warranty claims; however, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

CPAP Assist complies fully with Australian Consumer Law. Outside of statutory guarantees, refunds or exchanges are not provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or finding the product cheaper elsewhere.

Any discretionary return for non-faulty items must be approved in advance. Approved returns are subject to:

  • Return within 10 days of invoice date
  • Original, unused, saleable condition
  • Return of all packaging and accessories

A restocking and handling fee of 15% may apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable. For hygiene and health reasons, opened sealed items (including CPAP masks) cannot be returned.

Returned items must be insured, as CPAP Assist is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Product Support

Product support is available following purchase. Customers may contact CPAP Assist for assistance or to arrange an in-store appointment. Support does not replace medical advice and does not include unauthorised device modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CPAP Assist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use products purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes to Terms

CPAP Assist reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect once published on our website
