Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products purchased from CPAP Assist are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Warranty coverage varies by product type and brand.
Where requested, CPAP Assist can assist with managing warranty claims or repairs directly with the manufacturer. Please note that any postage, freight, or delivery costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions from Manufacturer’s Warranty
Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage or faults resulting from:
- Improper use, misuse, neglect, or abuse
- Unauthorised modification, alteration, or repair
- Water ingress or exposure to moisture
- Exposure to smoke (including cigarette, pipe, cigar, or similar sources)
- Exposure to ozone, activated oxygen, or other gases
- Repairs carried out by unauthorised third-party service providers
Manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Warranty claims must be made by the original customer and supported by proof of purchase.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To lodge a warranty claim, please contact CPAP Assist and have the following details available:
- Full name
- Order number (for online purchases)
- Store location (for in-store purchases)
- Product brand and model
- Serial number (for machines, where applicable)
In some cases, additional verification with the manufacturer may be required before a claim can be processed.
Returns and Exchanges
Please choose products carefully prior to purchase. Except where required under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to provide a refund or exchange for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Finding the product at a lower price after purchase
Returns or exchanges for non-faulty items may be considered at our discretion and must be approved in advance. Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the original invoice date
- In original, unused, and saleable condition
- Complete with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items (including CPAP masks) that have been opened cannot be returned.
Returned items are assessed upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the product has been inspected and approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping and are encouraged to use insured delivery, as CPAP Assist is not liable for lost or damaged return items.
Where a refund is approved, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted to cover handling, processing, and associated costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
